当前我国集团公司在发展壮大的同时,也面临着更加大的资金风险,集团公司因资金链断裂而倒下的概率也增加了,为此需要联合集团内部企业进行统一资金管理。实行资金集中管理能够有效的使用企业的存量资金,能够对资金实行有效的计划管理,提高公司效益。本文首先探讨了当前集团公司资金管理存在的问题,论述了集团公司核算中心的设立要求与意义,最后分析了其实施方法与效果。
At present, the group companies in our country are also facing greater financial risks while they are growing stronger.
