目的:研究非扩弓前方牵引矫治器联合上颌全牙列垫矫治早期骨性Ⅲ类错的牙颌结构变化。方法:选择替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错11例。患者上颌发育不足,下颌前突,前牙反,磨牙近中咬合,下颌不能后退至前牙对刃。采取前方牵引矫治器联合上颌全牙列垫式活动矫治器进行矫治,并对治疗前后X线头影测量结果进行比较。结果:非扩弓前方牵引治疗可以刺激上颌生长,限制下颌的过度生长,通过下颌平面顺时针旋转改善颜面美观,纠正前牙反,矫治后SNA、ANB增大,A点前移,SN-MP增加。同时上切牙唇倾,下切牙舌倾。结论:非扩弓前方牵引矫治器是治疗早期骨性Ⅲ类错的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of dental structures of anterior skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion treated with maxillary total dentition and orthotic traction appliance. Methods: Eleven patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion were selected. Patients with underdeveloped maxilla, mandibular protrusion, anterior crossbite, molars near the occlusion, mandibular can not retreat to the front teeth on the edge. To take the front traction appliance combined with maxillary total dentition pad active appliances for orthodontic treatment, and before and after treatment of X-cephalometry results were compared. Results: Anterior approach to non-expansion arch can stimulate maxillary growth, restrict the overgrowth of mandible, improve facial appearance by clockwise rotation of mandibular plane, correct anterior crossbite, increase SNA, ANB, forward point A, SN- MP increase. At the same time on the incisor lip, incisor incision. CONCLUSION: Anterior approach to non-expansion arch appliance is an effective method for the treatment of early stage skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion.
