Due to the complexity of human resources management, human resources management and external environment, risks inevitably exist in all stages. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the types of human resource management risks and preventive measures in the stages of “selecting, using, educating and reserving,” with a view to contributing to the effectiveness of human resource management.
