人力资源管理涵盖了“选、用、育、留”多个阶段,由于人力资源本身及人力资源管理过程及外部环境的复杂性,风险不可避免地存在于各阶段。本文旨在揭示“选、用、育、留”各阶段中的人力资源管理风险类别及防范措施,以期为人力资源管理的有效性提升贡献力量。
Human resources management covers multiple stages such as selection, use, education and retention. Due to the complexity of human resources management, human resources management and external environment, risks inevitably exist in all stages. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the types of human resource management risks and preventive measures in the stages of “selecting, using, educating and reserving,” with a view to contributing to the effectiveness of human resource management.
