目的探讨剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血时子宫动脉上行支结扎术的应用价值。方法对18例剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血的患者进行子宫动脉上行支结扎术。结果18例患者均迅速止血,保留子宫。结论子宫动脉上行支结扎术治疗剖宫产术时的子宫收缩乏力性产后出血简单、有效。
Objective To investigate the value of uterine artery ligation in the uterus during cesarean section with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 18 cases of cesarean section in uterine atherosclerosis bleeding in patients with uterine artery ligation. Results All 18 patients stopped bleeding quickly and kept the uterus. Conclusion Uterine artery ligation of the ligation of the uterus during cesarean section for postpartum hemorrhage simple and effective.
