CR技术在大中型医院放射科工作中已逐渐开始应用, 从传统的模拟影像信息转变为数字影像信息,对放射科技术工作是一次跨时代的飞跃。本文就AGFA-CR系统在日常床旁摄片中的应用进行小结,以评价CR技术在日常床旁摄片中的应用效果。 1 材料与方法:AGFA一CR系统(含资料输入作站、影像显示器、扫描主机和影像后处理工作站、干式激光胶片打印机),F-30型床旁机。用CR系统中的成像板(Imaging Plate IP)代替增感屏 -胶片组合系统,并应用于床旁摄片,摄片条件较常规各部位KV可下调10%,mAs20%左右,图像经CR后处理工作站进行窗宽窗位调节,达到一级片。
CR technology has been gradually applied in the radiology work in large and medium-sized hospitals. The transformation from traditional analog image information into digital image information is a leap forward in radiology technology work. This article summarizes the application of the AGFA-CR system in daily bedside radiography to evaluate the effectiveness of CR technology in routine bedside radiography. 1 Materials and methods: AGFA a CR system (including data input stations, video displays, scan host and image post-processing workstation, dry laser film printer), F-30 bedside machine. The imaging plate IP of CR system was used instead of the sensitization screen-film combination system and was applied to bedside radiography. The radiographic conditions were reduced by 10% and mAs 20% Workstations window width window adjustment, to a slice.
