:研究了一种新颖的乙炔氧化制备草酸的方法 ,系统地考虑了催化剂种类、用量、硝酸初始质量分数和反应温度的影响。结果表明 ,催化剂以 Hg( NO3) 2 为最佳 ,随用量的增加 ,草酸产量随之增加 ;硝酸初始质量分数的增加也使草酸产量增加 ;反应温度为 30~ 40℃时草酸产量最大。
: A novel method for preparing oxalic acid by oxidation of acetylene was studied. The influence of catalyst type, dosage, nitric acid initial mass fraction and reaction temperature was systematically considered. The results showed that the optimum catalyst was Hg (NO3) 2. The yield of oxalic acid increased with the increase of the dosage. The increase of initial nitric acid also increased the yield of oxalic acid. The yield of oxalic acid was the highest when the reaction temperature was 30 ~ 40 ℃.
