目前机械采油的主要举升设备是抽油机,抽油机主要的缺点是工作载荷高、装机功率大、能耗高。抽油机井悬点载荷偏高是造成抽油机能耗高的主要因素之一,为解决这一问题,研制了达到D级抽油杆强度和疲劳寿命的独立腔室结构空心杆,在降低抽油杆自重的同时,降低了抽油杆与柱塞间环形面积受到的液柱载荷,进而达到降低抽油机井举升载荷、减速箱输出轴扭矩、提高系统效率的目的。现场试验39口井,悬点最大载荷降低幅度24.9%,有功节电率17.7%,系统效率上升幅度19.2%,扭矩下降幅度9.3%。
At present, the main lifting equipment for mechanical oil recovery is the pumping unit. The main disadvantage of the pumping unit is the high working load, large installed power and high energy consumption. In order to solve this problem, a hollow rod with independent chamber structure that achieves the strength and fatigue life of the D-level sucker rod has been developed. The weight of the oil rod reduces the liquid column load on the annular area between the sucker rod and the plunger so as to reduce the lifting load of the oil pumping shaft and the torque of the output shaft of the gearbox and improve the system efficiency. Field test 39 wells, hanging point maximum load reduction of 24.9%, active saving rate of 17.7%, the system efficiency increased by 19.2%, the torque reduction of 9.3%.
