由于受到亚洲金融风暴的冲击,香港经济正经历近二十年来最困难的时刻。最近香港内外产生了一种声音,认为香港当前的经济困难是特区政府上台后始出现,因而判断当前的经济困局是由特区政府一手造成。然而经济有其内在的发展规律,昨天的因,产生今天的果。事实上,香港经济在特区政府上台前已出现经济性问题而需要作出调整,亚洲金融风暴只是刺破香港经济泡沫的导火线。本文尝试对香港经济结构的发展和现况作分析,并尝试提出香港未来经济出路的一些观点。 Due to the impact of the Asian financial turmoil, Hong Kong’s economy is experiencing the most difficult time in nearly two decades. Recently, a voice has emerged inside and outside Hong Kong that the current economic difficulties in Hong Kong have emerged since the SAR government took power. Judging the current economic situation is caused by the SAR Government alone. However, the economy has its inherent laws of development. The reason for yesterday is the fruit of today. In fact, the economy of Hong Kong needs to be adjusted before the SAR government takes office. The Asian financial turmoil is only a guideline to pierce the bubble of Hong Kong’s economy. This article attempts to analyze the development and current status of Hong Kong’s economic structure and tries to put forward some views on Hong Kong’s future economic outlet.
