对我国烟区土壤和烟叶中各种营养元素含量以及烟叶内在品质进行了调研,为烟草专用叶面营养液的配方提供了科学依据。通过试验,以4个设计配方中筛选出最佳配方并使其生产工艺规范化;确定了每亩用营养液1公斤,分别在团棵期、打顶后和收获下二棚后各喷1次200倍液的施用技术。对营养液提高烟叶品质的机理进行了初步分析。喷施后的烟草在旺长期叶绿素含量增加,成熟期落黄快,调制后的烟叶多为桔黄色,单叶重和尼古丁含量增加,化学成分更趋协调,烟叶香吃味有较明显的改善。据不完全统计,至1990年已在山东、湖南、四川等12个省70余县累计应用面积达12万亩以上,上等烟增加27.7~60.4%,亩产值增加60—90元。综合投入产出比远远大于1:10,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The content of various nutrient elements in soil and tobacco leaf and the intrinsic quality of tobacco leaf were investigated in tobacco growing area in China, which provided a scientific basis for formulating special tobacco leaf nutrient solution. Through the experiment, the best formulation was screened out by 4 design formulas and the production process was normalized. 1 kg nutrient solution per acre was determined, and each spray was sprayed 1 second at the base of the flowering stage, after the topping and after harvesting 200 times the application of liquid technology. A preliminary analysis of the mechanism of nutrient solution to improve tobacco quality was carried out. After spraying, the content of chlorophyll increased in the long-term, the yellow in the maturity stage was fast, the tobacco after the preparation was mostly orange, the weight of single leaf and the content of nicotine increased, the chemical composition became more coordinated and the flavor and smell of tobacco improved obviously . According to incomplete statistics, by 1990, more than 120,000 mu of applied area has been used in more than 70 counties in 12 provinces including Shandong, Hunan and Sichuan, while fine smoke has increased by 27.7 to 60.4% and output per mu has increased by 60-90 yuan. Comprehensive input-output ratio is far greater than 1:10, significant economic and social benefits.
