目的开发一种组织工程角度透明度检测仪器,利于组织工程角膜透明度的客观评判。方法基于光学原理,合理设计并搭建组织工程角膜透明度检测仪器的硬件平台,同时,基于LabVIEW开发相应软件平台。通过实验,对仪器进行系统误差判定,在此基础上,对树脂镜片、角膜接触镜透明度参数分别进行1000次检测以确定装置的主要性能指标,最后讨论了不同光强和波长光源对透明度测量的影响。结果该装置系统误差为0.028,90%透明度的样品对应测量精度0.0082,重复性0.0038,稳定性(1个月)为0.0011。当光强能穿透介质时,光强大小不影响测量结果。不同波长的光虽会改变测量值,但不影响固定波长下透明度好坏的评判。结论本文开发的角膜透明度测量仪测量精度准确、功能完善、可靠性好,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Objective To develop a tissue engineering angle of transparency testing instruments, which will benefit the objective evaluation of the transparency of tissue engineering cornea. Methods Based on the principle of optics, the hardware platform of tissue engineering corneal transparency testing instrument was designed and constructed rationally. At the same time, the corresponding software platform was developed based on LabVIEW. Through the experiment, the system error judgment is made on the instrument. On this basis, the transparency parameters of the resin lens and the contact lens are respectively inspected 1000 times to determine the main performance index of the device. Finally, the influences of different light intensity and wavelength light source on the transparency measurement influences. Results The systematic error of this device was 0.028. The sample with 90% transparency corresponded to the measurement accuracy of 0.0082, the repeatability of 0.0038 and the stability (one month) to 0.0011. When the light can penetrate the medium, the light intensity does not affect the measurement results. Although different wavelengths of light will change the measurement, but does not affect the transparency of the fixed wavelength of good or bad judgments. Conclusion The corneal transparency meter developed in this paper has the advantages of accurate measurement accuracy, perfect function, good reliability and good promotion and application value.
