利用微生物群在半生物体内模型中,以降解速度与降解程度为评价指标,研究机械活化木薯乙酰化淀粉的微生物降解性能。结果表明:机械活化淀粉经乙酰化后,有利于微生物分泌的淀粉酶对淀粉进行水解,其微生物降解的速度和程度随取代度的提高而提高,低程度乙酰化对机械活化木薯淀粉微生物降解性能有明显的促进作用。并利用扫描电子显微镜对部分降解的机械活化淀粉及活化乙酰化淀粉的颗粒形貌进行了观察。
Microbial population was used to study the biodegradation of acetylated starch from mechanically activated cassava in the semi-in vivo model, and the degradation rate and degradation degree were evaluated.
