一、问题及处理永济一闸(重建)工程,设计为井柱式框架结构。井柱为钢筋混凝土,两排共14根。孔径1米,前孔深20米,后孔深16米。地基为粉、细砂地层。井孔采用普通粘土泥浆固壁、冲击钻造孔、抽筒出渣的施工方法。造孔完成后,发生大量粉、细砂回堆,两小时16米孔深回堆2米。而井架移位及施工准备需5—7小时,因而影响钢筋网吊放和混凝土浇筑。
