本文运用现代三维激光扫描测量技术,对文物进行逆向工程恢复成型方法研究。通过三维激光扫描精准测量,获取文物“点云”数据,研究其数据预处理、数据分块,三角Bezier曲面重构,将曲面重构实体模型导出转换为三维CAD的参数化模型,利用三维立体打印机快速成型,反求得到实物重建模型的技术方法,实现在短时间内准确、可靠地复制文物实物样件。其应用取得了满意的结果,该方法为研究、保护和修复历史文化遗产具有很好的借鉴作用。
In this paper, the use of modern three-dimensional laser scanning measurement technology, reverse engineering artifacts restoration modeling. The data of artifact “point cloud ” were obtained by three-dimensional laser scanning precision measurement, the data preprocessing, data segmentation and triangle bezier surface reconstruction were studied, the parametric model of three-dimensional CAD was transformed from the surface reconstruction model, Three-dimensional printer rapid prototyping, the reverse get the physical reconstruction model of the technical methods, in a short period of time to achieve accurate and reliable copy of cultural relics kind samples. The application has achieved satisfactory results. This method has a good reference for the study, protection and restoration of the historical and cultural heritage.
