为了考察目前在临床常用的也较广泛的新抗菌药物对临床常见致病菌的敏感性;为临床上选择抗菌药物提供依据,本项实验用平皿二倍稀释法共测定了19种抗菌药物对961株临床常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用。结果表明:革兰阴性杆菌对美洛培南的耐药率为8.4%,对亚安培南的耐药率为7.3%。未发现对美洛培南和亚安培南耐药的革兰阳性球菌。革兰阴性杆菌对第三代头孢菌素头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢他啶的耐药率分别为18.6%,19.0%,13.7%。对第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药氧氟沙星、环丙沙星的耐药率分别为20.3%,15.7%,对氨基糖苷类抗生素奈替米星、庆大霉素、阿米卡星的耐药率分别为21.9%,32.2%,13.5%。革兰阳性球菌对大环内酯类抗生素的耐药率及对第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药的耐药率较高,对红霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素的耐药率分别为46.0%,46.0%,40.0%,对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星的耐药率分别为21.0%,21.0%。甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)对多种抗生素的耐药率较高,但仍对替考拉宁及去甲万古霉素敏感。金黄色葡萄球菌对大环内酯类抗生素红霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素的耐药率较高为36.0%,对其余的抗生素仍敏感。结论:碳青霉?

The resistance rates of gram-positive cocci to macrolide antibiotics and resistance to the third-generation quinolone antibiotics were high, and the resistance rates to erythromycin, clarithromycin and azithromycin were 46.0 %, 46.0% and 40.0% respectively. The resistance rates to ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were 21.0% and 21.0%, respectively. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) has a high rate of resistance to multiple antibiotics, but is still sensitive to teicoplanin and norvancomycin. Staphylococcus aureus macrolide antibiotics erythromycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin high resistance rate was 36.0%, the remaining antibiotics are still sensitive. Conclusion: Carbapenema?
