采用血乳酸、无氧功率测试等实验手段对竞技健美操运动员的无氧供能水平进行研究,分析其在完成成套动作演练、实验室完成定量负荷等不同运动状态下生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,受试者心率最大值、血乳酸最大值、平均功率、峰值功率及30 s无氧功率下降率均存在显著性组间差异(P<0.05);高水平竞技健美操运动员进入运动状态的机能动员快、最大负荷时机能水平高、运动后恢复快。研究启示:无氧糖酵解供能水平是限制耐力水平发展的重要因素,在体能训练中,无代谢氧能力是关键。
The effects of blood lactic acid and anaerobic power on the anaerobic energy supply of athletic aerobics athletes were studied. The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes under different exercise conditions, such as completion of complete set exercises and labs completing quantitative load, were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05); the maximum level of heart rate, maximum value of blood lactate, average power, peak power and 30 s anaerobic power decreased significantly The rapid mobilization of the function, the maximum load level of high performance, rapid recovery after exercise. Research Implications: Anaerobic glycolysis is an important factor that restricts the development of endurance, and metabolism-free ability is the key factor in physical training.
