高校传统教学方式是以教师为主导的课堂式教学,学生的主体地位和作用未得到充分重视,原因在于对学生主体地位的认识肤浅、理解片面。本文在分析了这些错误认识后,以襄樊学院旅游管理专业的学位课程为例,阐述了地方高校旅游管理专业教学应通过改革教学目标、课程体系、教学方法、作业类型、考试评价与学业评价方式等,构建合理的教学模式,实现从“以教师为主体”到“以学生为主体、教师为引导”的真正转变。
The traditional teaching method in colleges and universities is based on the teacher-led classroom teaching. The students ’subjective status and role have not been fully taken due to the superficial understanding of students’ subjective position and the one-sided understanding. After analyzing these mistakes, this paper takes the degree course of tourism management major in Xiangfan University as an example, and expounds that the teaching of tourism management in local universities should be based on the reform of teaching objectives, curriculum system, teaching methods, operation types, examination evaluation and academic evaluation methods And so on, to build a reasonable teaching mode and to realize a real transition from “teacher-centered” to “student-centered, and teacher-led”.
