基于深浅孔注浆技术的破碎顶板岩层巷道综合治理

针对同煤三矿工作面回风巷受采动影响及邻近采空区影响,顶底板移近量大、两帮片帮严重的情况,在分析矿压显现机理及其影响因素的基础上,结合理论分析和现场实测情况,对顶板及煤柱帮提出采用深浅孔注浆的治理方案,并通过FLAC3D软件模拟了回采时及注浆后巷道位移变化情况。结果表明:注浆加固后,巷道总变形量明显减小,顶板下沉量小于400 mm,两帮相对移近量小于300 mm,巷道变形量满足回采期间巷道使用要求。 Based on the analysis of the mechanism and its influencing factors of rock pressure in the return airway of Tongsan No.3 coal mine face affected by mining and the influence of adjacent goaf, Combined with the theoretical analysis and field measurement, the control scheme of deep and shallow hole grouting was proposed for the roof and coal pillar, and the displacement of the roadway after mining and grouting was simulated by FLAC3D software. The results show that the total deformation of tunnel is obviously reduced after grouting reinforcement. The amount of roof subsidence is less than 400 mm and the relative displacement of two supports is less than 300 mm. The deformation of roadway can meet the requirements of roadway use during mining.
