一般人认为,锻炼前应该放松一下肌肉,以防拉伤肌肉等。但是,澳大利亚的一些专家发现,不作热身运动的人并没有因此而增加肌肉受伤的机会,他们甚至认为,运动前的热身运动不过是浪费时间而已。
Most people think that before exercise should relax muscles to prevent muscle strain. However, some Australian experts found that non-warm-up exercise did not increase the chances of muscle injury and even thought pre-exercise warm-up was just a waste of time.
