芦笋又名石刁柏(Asparagus officinalis var. altilis L.),属百合科天门冬属,为多年生宿根草本植物,以其鲜嫩的鳞茎作为食用器官。芦笋原产地中海沿岸,传入我国仅100多年历史,改革开放以后,随着国际市场对芦笋罐头及速冻制品的需求量日益增加,芦笋种植业在全国各地均有较大发展。在我省的乳山莒县、安丘、高密等地,芦笋的生产和加工已经成为当地政府发展高效创汇农业的主要途径之一。公司十农户的生产模式得到了充分的肯定。我们在多年研究的基础上,结合我省广大笋农的生产习惯,总结、制订出了山东省半岛地区芦笋栽培技术规程,并在各地推广,取得了明显的效果,深受广大笋农的欢迎。由于本规程主要是针对半岛地区的笋农而设计的,其他各地的笋农应根据当地实际情况灵活运用,不可生搬硬套。兹将本规程介绍如下。
Asparagus, also known as Asparagus officinalis var. Altilis L., is a genus of Liliaceae as a perennial perennial herb with its bulbous bulbs as its edible organ. Asparagus origin of the Mediterranean coast, into China only 100 years of history, after the reform and opening up, with the international market for asparagus canned and frozen products, increasing demand, asparagus cultivation in all parts of the country have greater development. In our province, Rushan County, Anqiu, Gaomi and other places, the production and processing of asparagus has become one of the main ways for local governments to develop efficient foreign exchange-earning agriculture. The ten farmers of the company’s production model has been fully affirmed. On the basis of years of research, combined with the production habits of bamboo shooters in our province, we formulated the technical regulations for the cultivation of asparagus in the peninsula of Shandong Province and popularized them in various places with remarkable results and welcomed by the majority of bamboo shooters . As this regulation is mainly designed for bamboo shooters in Peninsula area, bamboo shooters in other areas should be flexibly applied according to local conditions and should not be mechanically curtailed. We hereby introduce the rules as follows.
