由于液压传动以其运转平稳、传动力大,并能准确地控制力、速度和位置,便于电液联用,以实现自动控制等优点,而广泛应用于各个领域,因而近代各类机械的液压化程度不断提高。本文仅介绍采用液压技术对六十年代西北机器厂仿苏产品 C3250型挤压机所作的改进设计(该机主要用于陶瓷、粉末制品的压型)。将原机由人工操作的机械式预压机构、容器升降锁紧机构改进设计为液压缸控制,成为自动化程度较高的全液控式挤压机(见图29)。同时,将主油缸也进行了改进。与原机相比,不仅可提高生产效率,减轻劳动强度,而且具有结构紧凑,使用维修方便等优点。
