本文简要地介绍了在研究硬质合金微观结构时,应用离子薄化技术制取供透射电子显微镜用的薄膜所获得的良好效果。由于离子薄化技术的采用,解决了用电解抛光方法难于解决的,对这一既硬又脆的复相合金制样的难题,从而用透射电镜观察到了该合金中非常丰富而清晰的微观结构,如位错组态,层错结构,以及第二相的分布等等,开展了我国硬质合金领域的微观研究。
