综合考虑MIG焊接物理过程,建立了MIG焊接熔池流场和温度场的数值分析模型。采用数值模拟技术,研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝几何尺寸的影响规律。实验表明,焊缝几何尺寸和焊接热循环的计算值和实测值吻合良好,这一方法可用于焊缝几何尺寸的预测和控制。
Considering the physical process of MIG welding, the numerical analysis model of flow field and temperature field in MIG welding pool was established. Using numerical simulation technology, the influence of welding process parameters on weld geometrical dimensions was studied. Experiments show that the calculated weld geometry and welding thermal cycle are in good agreement with the measured values. This method can be used to predict and control the weld geometrical dimensions.
