一、突出阐明人地关系。人地关系是现代地理研究的核心内容之一。中学地理教材的编写应把阐明人地关系放在核心位置。目前一些国家和地区的中学地理教材逐步发展到突出阐明人地关系。甚至有些教材直接取名为《人地关系》(如英国牛津大学出版社出版的中学会考地理)、《人与环境》(如香港龄记出版有限公司出版的中学地理)等。地理教材知识结构体系的发展
