Cr13型及Cr17 Ni2钢是国内普遍采用的钢种,然而对这类钢国内各工厂所执行的回火工艺极不统一。笔者通过试验和长期生产实践,弄清了回火温度和时间对Cr13型及Cr17Ni2钢硬度的影响规律,从而绘制了硬度与回火温度、硬度与回火时间的关系曲线图以及回火工艺参数图表,为确定恰当的回火工艺提供了依据。一、试验方法试验用钢料及试样的热处理工艺见表1。
Cr13 type and Cr17 Ni2 steel are commonly used in China, however, the tempering process carried out by various factories in this type of steel is very inconsistent.
