双显色剂法同时测定铜和铁已有不少报道。在文献基础上,采用因子分析——双显色剂法在40%的乙醇溶液中同时测定铜和铁,提高了测定铜和铁的灵敏度和准确度。该方法用于实际试样分析,取得了满意的结果。方法原理设M_1,M_2为两种待测离子,L_1,L_2为两种能与M_1,M_2生成有色络合物的显色剂。假定在生成络合物过程中,不存在多元络合物如M_1M_2L_2等,并要求显色剂用量足够大即:C_(L1)>>C_(M1),C_(L2)>>C_(M2)。当L_1,L_2加入到M_1,M_2的混合液时,有下列平衡发生:
Dual color reagent method for the simultaneous determination of copper and iron have been reported. On the basis of the literature, the simultaneous determination of copper and iron in a 40% ethanol solution by factor analysis - double chromogenic reagent method increases the sensitivity and accuracy of the determination of copper and iron. The method is applied to the actual sample analysis and satisfactory results have been obtained. Method principle Set M_1, M_2 two kinds of ions to be measured, L_1, L_2 are two with M_1, M_2 generate colored complex reagent. It is assumed that there are no multiple complex compounds such as M 1 M 2 L 2 and so on during the formation of the complex, and it is required that the amount of the developer should be large enough, that is, C_ (L1) >> C_ (M1), C_ (L2) >> C_ .
