本文采用示波极谱法,提出了在氯化金铵-六次甲基四胺-柠檬酸三铵-硫酸底液体系中测定血清中痕量铂的方法。在该体系内样品中铂于滴汞电极上产生一灵敏的催化波,峰电位为—0.92V。建立了适宜血清样品的消化条件和最佳底液体系。方法检出限为0.01ng·ml~(-1) ,加标回收范围为80.2%~117.6%,平均回收率为97.4%,变异系数为2.5%~12.9%,线性范围为0.1~100ng·ml。本法灵敏快速,仪器设备简单,分析成本低,用于正常人和使用含铂抗癌药物病人的血清样品分析,结果满意。
In this paper, oscillopolarographic method was proposed to determine the trace amount of platinum in serum with ammonium chloride-hexamethylenetetramine-triammonium citrate-sulfuric acid solution. Platinum in the system in the sample droplet mercury electrode to produce a sensitive catalytic wave, the peak potential of -0.92V. A suitable serum sample digestion conditions and the best bottom liquid system. The detection limit was 0.01ng · ml -1, the recovery range was 80.2% ~ 117.6%, the average recovery was 97.4%, the coefficient of variation was 2.5% ~ 12.9%, the linear range was 0.1 ~ 100ng · ml . The method is sensitive and fast, the equipment is simple, the analysis cost is low, and the result is satisfactory for the analysis of serum samples of normal people and patients who use platinum-containing anti-cancer drugs.
