为研究硝酸异丙酯对三基发射药燃烧性能的影响,利用密闭爆发器测试了三基药在混合了硝酸异丙酯环境中的燃烧性能。测得了发射药的压力曲线和微分曲线,确定了最大压力和燃烧时间,计算得到了气体生成猛度、压力全冲量、火药已燃百分数、火药力和余容等参数以及燃烧速度定律。通过研究发现:硝酸异丙酯会使三基药的燃烧时间延长、燃烧速度减慢、燃烧速度系数减小、压力指数增大。
In order to study the effect of isopropyl nitrate on the combustion performance of tri-based propellants, the combustion properties of the three-based drugs in a mixed isopropyl nitrate environment were tested using a closed-cell bomb. The pressure curves and differential curves of the propellant were measured, the maximum pressure and the combustion time were determined, and the parameters of gas generation fury, pressure impulse, the percentage of gunpowder burn, gunpowder force and residual capacity and the burning rate were calculated. The results showed that isopropyl nitrate could prolong the burning time, slow down the burning rate, reduce the burning rate coefficient and increase the pressure index.
