本文从三个方面介绍了721型分光光度计波长误差的调整: (1)721型分光光度计的单色器中,因选择波长的转动螺线轮设计较好,波长度盘示值间隔基本均匀,故当波长误差在几个波长区皆正、皆负且数值接近时,仅松动度盘的三个紧固螺钉,转动波长度盘,即可调节成功。 (2)当721型分光光度计长短各区的波长误差数值不一致,但差别不大时,旋转仪器左侧准直镜的调节螺钉,调节其沿铅垂轴的转角方位,使各点波长示值误差符号相同和数值相近后,再转动波长盘也可调节成功。 (3)当以上两种方法仍不能使波长示值合格时,也就是在仪器波长误差较大时,首先,应注意记录短、长两波长检定点的示值差
