根据综合评价理论,分析企业在人力资源管理方面的创新策略,明确策略评价的流程,利用层次分析和模糊综合评价的原理,建立创新策略评价的指标体系和创新策略评价的模型,随后将收集的实际数据应用于评价模型中。结果表明:该创新策略的实施有利于企业的发展,可为企业决策者提供准确的参考意见。
According to the comprehensive evaluation theory, this paper analyzes the innovation strategy of the enterprise in the human resource management, clarifies the flow of the strategy evaluation, establishes the index system of the innovation strategy evaluation and the model of the innovation strategy evaluation by using the principle of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, The actual data is used in the evaluation model. The results show that the implementation of this innovation strategy is beneficial to the development of enterprises and can provide accurate reference for decision-makers.
