依托电动汽车水冷系统开发项目,以一种新型车载三合一辅助控制器的主要发热源IGBT模块及DC-DC电源为研究对象,根据实际工况设计相应的冷却系统,借助专业热分析软件Icepak,进行车载三合一辅助控制器的热仿真分析,并进行实验验证。
Relying on the electric vehicle water cooling system development project, the main heat source IGBT module and DC-DC power supply of a new three-in-one auxiliary controller for vehicle are studied. The corresponding cooling system is designed according to the actual working conditions. With the help of professional thermal analysis software Icepak , Carries on the thermal simulation analysis of the car three-in-one auxiliary controller, and carries on the experiment verification.
