1.概述 轧机主减速机和人字齿轮箱的齿轮和轴承均采用稀油循环润滑系统(又称稀油站)。 稀油站的工作是否正常可靠,不但直接影响轧机的有效作业率,而且影响其维修费用和能源消耗。目前我国稀油循环润滑装置虽然已经标准化,但某些老厂的轧机稀油站仍未进行改造,稀油站内控制和安全警示装置不全,设备陈旧,系统元件布置零乱,经常因压力波动、流量不足、油温过高等原因造成系统跳闸,被迫停产抢修。且多数稀油站未设置应急动力
