近两年,我场用普通地面平房进行温州蜜柑简易贮藏试验,大批蜜柑从采收贮藏到春节供应,很少腐烂,干耗率也很小。如1981年贮藏数为66,775斤,出库数为60,104斤,损耗率为10%。其中腐果率4%,干耗6%。1982年贮藏数为120,624斤,出库数为104,340斤,损耗13.5%。其中腐果率3.1%,干耗10.4%。经简易贮藏的温州蜜柑,风味好,香甜适口,外观色泽鲜艳,测定其可溶性固形物,比采收时还有上升(采收时为9.5—11%,出库时为10.5—11.5%)。现将我场温柑简易贮藏的具体方法介绍如下。
