本文针对高职院校教师要面对低分学生学习积极性不高、学习能力较差等难题,就教师在职业道德教育、教师自身素质、良好沟通和教师自身学识等方面作了探讨。
This paper aims at the problems such as the low enthusiasm for learning and the poor learning ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It discusses the teachers’ professional ethics education, teachers’ own quality, good communication and teachers’ own knowledge.
