龙须草──一种新的C_4植物

研究了龙须草的光合特性及叶片解剖结构。龙须草光合速率日均值(CO2)为37.18mg·dm-2·h-1,最高值(CO2)达59.90mg·dm-2·h-1。6月中旬至8月中旬光合速率最高,9月以后明显减弱;光合速率日变化为一不明显的双峰曲线,CO2补偿点低,其值(CO2)为1.2~4.2μl·L-1空气,光呼吸(CO2)强度只有0~1.81mg·dm-2·h-1,叶绿素a/b值为3.69±0.50。龙须草叶片宽0.34~0.40cm,叶脉密集,大小维管束总数63±9个,维管束鞘细胞叶绿体多而大,呈弧状离心排列。结果证明龙须草是典型的C4植物。 The photosynthetic characteristics and leaf anatomical structure of asparagus officinalis were studied. The photosynthesis rate of Eulaliopsis binata was 37.18 mg · dm-2 · h-1 and the highest value reached 59.90 mg · dm-2 · h-1.6. The mid-August to mid-August photosynthesis rate (P <0.05). The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate was an unobvious bimodal curve with low CO2 compensation point (CO2) of 1.2 ~ 4.2μl · L-1, The intensity was only 0-1.81 mg · dm-2 · h-1, and the chlorophyll a / b was 3.69 ± 0.50. Asclepiadaceae leaves 0.34 ~ 0.40cm wide, dense veins, the size of the total number of vascular bundle 63 ± 9, vascular bundle sheath cells chloroplast large and large, arc-like arrangement. The results show that asparagus is a typical C4 plant.
