本实验采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎模型观察急性脑缺血/再灌注期间脑内自由基代谢水平的变化。结果发现缺血40min时丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著下降,谷胱甘肤过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性略有降低;再灌注1h后MDA含量进一步增加,SOD活性进一步下降,GSH-Px活性也明显降低。结果表明脑缺血/再灌注期间脑内出现自由基代谢紊乱。
In this study, the bilateral common carotid artery ligation model was used to observe the changes of free radical metabolism in the brain during acute cerebral ischemia / reperfusion. The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased significantly and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) decreased slightly at 40min after ischemia. After 1h of reperfusion MDA content further increased, SOD activity decreased further, GSH-Px activity was significantly reduced. The results showed that there was a disorder of free radical metabolism in the brain during cerebral ischemia / reperfusion.
