去年4月,国家教育部颁发了教基[1998]5号文件,对现行普通高中物理教学内容与要求进行部分调整。这次调整是在不改变现行教学计划,教学大纲和教材体系的前提下,本着有利于减轻学生过重的课业负担,有利于深化普通高中的课程改革,有利于稳定普通高中的教育教学秩序的原则进行的。1999年的普通高中毕业会考和普通高校招生考试的物理科的命题均以本次调整后的教学内容和要求为依据。下面就笔者参加全国性有关会议的学习体会,谈谈这次调整的一些问题,供高考复习参考。
In April last year, the Ministry of Education issued the document No. 5 [Jiji] [1998] to make some adjustments to the contents and requirements of the current general high school physics teaching. This adjustment is based on the premise of not changing the current teaching plan, syllabus and textbook system. It is in the interest of reducing the burden of schoolwork that is too heavy for students, and is conducive to deepening the curriculum reform of ordinary senior high schools, and is conducive to stabilizing the order of education and teaching in ordinary high schools. The principles are carried out. The propositions of the physical examinations for the 1999 Ordinary High School Graduation Examination and the Ordinary College Admissions Examination were all based on the adjusted teaching content and requirements. The author will participate in the national learning conference to discuss some of the adjustment issues for the reference of the college entrance examination review.
