3月8日,中国水上消防协会张玉胜理事长一行到武汉,就协会脱钩开展工作调研。在调研座谈会上,中国水上消防协会侯勇秘书长传达了中共中央办公厅关于社团组织脱钩的文件精神以及开展此次调研的目的。张玉胜理事长指出,中国水上消防协会已经成立30年,作为行业协会,一直以来为交通港航安全工作提供服务和技术支持,针对企业职工群众开展培训教育,发挥了积极的作用;按照中央文件精神,2016年底前要完成与主管部门脱钩,即“去行政化”。此次调研即征求意见,
