活塞是发动机的主要配件之一,它在高压高温下工作,与活塞环、气缸不断产生摩擦,润滑又不充分,工况条件极其恶劣。因此选择好制造活塞的材料是至关重要的。对活塞材料要求是:热强度高、稳定性好、耐磨、膨胀系数小、导热性及减磨性良好等,同时其成本应尽可能低。在发动机零件中,伴随着活塞新材料的开发应用,活塞的制造技术也取得了重要的突破,每种突破均有助于提高发动机效率,延长使用寿命,降低噪声,降低废气污染等等。
Piston is one of the main engine parts, it works under high pressure and high temperature, and piston ring, cylinder constantly produce friction, lubrication is not sufficient, the working conditions are extremely poor. So choose the material of the piston is crucial. The piston material requirements are: high heat strength, good stability, wear resistance, small expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity and good wear resistance, while its cost should be as low as possible. In the engine parts, along with the development and application of new piston materials, piston manufacturing technology has made important breakthroughs, each breakthrough will help to improve engine efficiency, extend the service life, reduce noise, reduce emissions and so on.
