2013年是扬子石化项目物资供应高峰年、挖潜增效压力攻坚年、物资管理深化推进年。在大炼油、煤制气等项目“加速度”运转下,如何全力保供、深化管理、挖潜增效成为扬子石化物装部重点考虑的问题。为此,2013年初,扬子石化按照集团公司统一安排,开展需求计划管理、储备管理和招标采购管理效能监察,加大了对计划、储备和招标工作的管理力度,集中力量打好重点工程项目保供战,严把物资采购质量关,全力塑造优质服务品牌。
