“康庄工程”是浙江省丽水市为改善农村道路交通环境而实施的一项便民工程,但是由于种种原因,“康庄工程”通村道路存在较多的安全隐患:交通安全防护设施难以到位;道路养护和安全管理失控;道路“三危”现象相对突出;有效抢救机制难以保障。对此,要抓紧协调落实通村道路养护资金缺口;加大农村交通安全宣传力度,建立“五进”长效机制;按照“谁建设、谁管理、谁负责”的原则,尽快明确村级道路养护管理部门;不断提升和完善乡镇110、120联动应急机制。 “Kangzhuang Project” is a convenience project implemented by Lishui City in Zhejiang Province to improve traffic environment in rural roads.
