采用免疫组化方法和流行病学病例对照研究,对p53高表达与林县食管癌及其危险因素间的关系进行了探讨。结果发现p53高表达与林县食管癌间存在强的联系,单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析OR值分别为7.03(95%可信限2.33~22.21)和5.07(P=0.0073),食管癌家族史和食用酸莱与p53高表达具有协同作用。而且还发现食管癌家族史为p53高表达的危险因素(OR=1.37,P=0.0671)。结果提示,在暴露于危险因素至癌变过程中,p53基因异常可能起着重要作用。这为林县食管癌的病因学和发病机理提供了一定的分子水平依据。
Using immunohistochemical methods and epidemiological case-control studies, the relationship between high p53 expression and esophageal cancer and its risk factors in Lin county was discussed. The results showed that there was a strong association between high p53 expression and esophageal cancer in Lin county. The odds ratios of single factor and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were 7.03 (95% confidence limit 2.33 to 22.21) and 5.07 ( P=0.0073), family history of esophageal cancer and food acid lecithin and p53 overexpression have a synergistic effect. It was also found that the family history of esophageal cancer was a risk factor for high expression of p53 (OR=1.37, P=0.0671). The results suggest that p53 gene abnormalities may play an important role in exposure to risk factors until cancerization. This provides a certain molecular level basis for the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer in Lin County.
