现代商业银行的企业文化建设应始终把“以人为本、人文关怀,内求团结、外谋发展”作为坚定不移的理念,不但要以社会主义核心价值观教育员工,还要注重培养充满活力又为员工认同的、可学习的榜样。因此,我们在挖掘、整理、提炼、传承银行的企业文化时一定要结合公共关系的疏理,不要只取结果,忽略公共关系的疏理和营销过程,要注重历史,以人性化的员工乐于接受的方式,让企业文化的理念潜移默化地植入全体员工脑海,内化成其自觉自愿的行为举止。
