变电运行是供电企业主要的生产运行单位之一,担负着变电站日常运行管理工作。变电专业培训管理工作对安全生产、应急管理、运维一体具有特殊重要的促进作用。培训管理者开展培训工作要立足于注重培训效果,创新培训形式,并对培训实施绩效管理,才能达到培训的预期目的。在此基础上,文章介绍了变电运行专业开展的每一课课件编写与评比、全员出题评题、月度技能抽考等培训实践管理工作。
Substation operation is one of the major production and operation units of power supply enterprises, responsible for the daily operation and management of substations. Substation professional training and management work on safety production, emergency management, operation and maintenance of a particularly important role in promoting.
