一、导弹武器系统设计中的主要问题 广大科技工作者和有关人员经过三十多年的辛勤工作,使我国的防空导弹技术取得了引人注目的成绩。这些成绩使我国在世界防空导弹技术中占有重要的一席之地,使国人欢欣,令他人刮目。同时,也必须看到我国的防空导弹技术与某些科技先进的国家相比较,还有许多落后之处。就导弹武器系统的设计而言,我以为关键在于我国的设计思想和方法基本上还处于先进国家大约60年代的水平。 随着科学技术的飞跃发展和战争方式的不断变化,空中目标以下的特征越来越突出:
I. Major Issues in the Design of Missile Weapon Systems After more than 30 years of hard work, vast numbers of scientific and technological workers and relevant personnel have made remarkable achievements in our anti-aircraft missile technology. These achievements have made our country an important place in the world’s anti-aircraft missile technology, making the people happy and attracting others. At the same time, we must also see that there are still many backward areas in our air defense missile technology as compared with some advanced countries in science and technology. As far as the design of missile weapon systems is concerned, I think the crux lies in the fact that our design ideas and methods are basically still at the level of the advanced countries in the 1960s. With the rapid development of science and technology and the ever-changing pattern of warfare, the following characteristics of air targets have become increasingly prominent:
