随着自动化、信息化技术的日益普及,防汛预警响应的模式也从传统人工传递模式逐步向自动信息化模式转变。本文通过对“防汛预警自动应急响应系统”的介绍和分析,为崇明防汛抗台信息传递自动化管理提供强有力的技术支撑及为今后的数字化防汛管理工作的应用提供技术参考。
With the increasing popularization of automation and information technology, the mode of early warning of flood control has also gradually shifted from the traditional mode of manual delivery to the mode of automatic informationization. In this paper, the introduction and analysis of “Automatic Emergency Response System for Flood Control” provides strong technical support for Chongming flood control and anti-Taiwan information transfer automation management and provides technical reference for the future application of digital flood control management.
