(一)Kaldo转炉性的适应性: 1.吹炼原料的选择:任何成分的生铁都可使用。冷料可用废钢、生铁块、海绵铁以及铁矿石等。铁矿石山可使用细粒精矿。废钢的装入量可以进一步提高。如果适当地提高装炉生铁的含碳量,使反应热量增加时,还可使更多的铁矿石还原。 2.钢的成分:不管炉料的组成如何,都可能按照计划吹炼出各种成分的钢,并使化学成分控制在窄小的波动范围内。按规定准确地控制出钢温度。用Kaldo转炉吹炼出各种低碳、高碳和低合金钢。表1是Sharon厂Kaldo
