一提到物理学,人們馬上就会想到它和工程技术的关系;而談到农业,則会更多地想到生物学的作用。其实物理学和农业也有密切的关系。物理学的成就和研究方法,不仅早已广泛地应用在工程技术乃至地质学、化学、天文学中,而且也开始应用在生物学和医学上。物理学在农业中的应用才迈开了第一步,今后无疑它将对农业作出更大的貢献。农业物理学現在已經逐步形成一門新的学科。虽然它的范圍尚未十分肯定;但大致可包括影响作物生活的物理因素的精密研究,和以物理学新成就
When one mentions physics, one immediately thinks of the relationship between it and engineering technology; when it comes to agriculture, one thinks more about the role of biology.
