为推进传统村落保护工作,陕西将建立健全传统村落保护发展项目库,在主动争取国家专项资金支持的同时,积极鼓励村民、社会团体和商界等社会力量投工投劳投资,参与传统村落的保护发展。同时,组织传统村落保护技术研发,组建传统村落专家组,参与村内建设项目决策,现场指导传统建筑保护修缮。严格执行传统村落规划建设许可制度,严禁拆并中国传统村落。
In order to promote traditional village protection, Shaanxi will establish and improve the traditional village protection and development project database. While proactively seeking national special fund support, Shaanxi will actively encourage social forces such as villagers, social groups and the business community to invest in labor and investment and participate in the protection and development of traditional villages . At the same time, we will organize traditional village conservation technology research and development, set up a traditional village expert group, participate in the decision-making of village construction projects, and direct the protection and repair of traditional buildings on site. Strict implementation of the traditional village planning and construction permit system, the demolition of traditional Chinese villages is strictly prohibited.
