将海底淤泥或者疏浚淤泥作为围海造陆工程的场地吹填材料,环境效益和经济效益显著。在目前的围海造地土地开发模式下,研究吹填淤泥的浅层快速加固技术是围海造陆工程面临的关键技术问题。在常规真空预压的基础上,从加固区大小、人工插板技术、真空系统布置、加载方式、卸载标准和控制地基反弹等方面研究了新吹填淤泥地基浅层加固设计与施工中的关键技术。详细阐述了真空预压浅层加固技术在新吹填淤泥地基快速加固工程中的施工工艺和技术要点。该技术具有工期短、造价低的特点,能满足浅层加固的承载力要求。
The seabed silt or dredged silt as land reclamation project reclamation materials, environmental and economic benefits significantly. Under the current development model of land reclamation by sea, it is a key technical issue that the research on reclamation and silt filling shallow rapid reinforcement technology is the reclamation project. On the basis of the conventional vacuum preloading, the key points in the design and construction of the shallow-bracing of the newly-built silt foundation are studied from the aspects of reinforcement area size, artificial plugging technology, vacuum system layout, loading method, unloading standard and control of ground bounce technology. The construction technology and technical points of the vacuum preloading shallow reinforcement technology in the newly purged silt foundation rapid reinforcement project are expounded in detail. The technology has the characteristics of short construction period, low cost and can meet the bearing capacity requirements of shallow reinforcement.
