目的:评价中西医结合方法在改善OME抑制及分解MUC黏蛋白的作用。方法:SD大鼠50只,随机分为五组,四组实验组(模型组、中药组、西药组、中西医组),建立肺炎链球菌大鼠分泌性中耳炎模型,采用RT-PCR技术检测MUC2、MUC5A mRNA在各组中耳黏膜中的表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组MUC2、MUC5A含量显著增高;与模型组比较,各药物组含量显著下降,中西医组下降更为明显。结论:加味二陈汤联合厄多司坦可以更好地改善大鼠中耳黏膜蛋白MUC2、MUC5A分泌情况。
Objective: To evaluate the combination of TCM and WM in improving the inhibitory effect of OME on MUC mucins. Methods: Fifty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups and four experimental groups (model group, traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine group) to establish the model of otitis media with Streptococcus pneumoniae secretory otitis media by RT-PCR Expression of MUC2 and MUC5A mRNA in middle ear mucosa of each group. Results: Compared with the normal group, the contents of MUC2 and MUC5A in the model group were significantly increased. Compared with the model group, the content of each drug group decreased significantly, and the decline in the Chinese and Western medicine group was more obvious. Conclusion: Modified Erchen Decoction combined with erdosteine can better improve the secretion of MUC2 and MUC5A in rat middle ear mucosa.
